Getting Started with Your Samosa Folding Machine

You have just received your Samosa folding machine, and you are ready to start make samosas. There's just one problem: you don't know what to do first. Fear not, we'll have the machine unboxed and up and running in no time!

#1 Power the machine with 110/220 volts from the network
#2 Supply the machine with compressed air and ensure that the pressure is approximately 6.5 bars. (check and adjust the pressure on the filter pressure gauge)
#3 Turn on the machine (On/off button on column B) The indicator light is on.
 
#4 Fill and set up the edible glue tank (Approximately 1 liter every two hours)

For Robot A users, your setup stops here. All you have to do is prepare your stuffing and dough strips.

#5 Feed the bowl with chilled stuffing (approximately 3.5kg every 20 minutes)
#6 Replace the shield on top of the bowl.
#7 Feed the machine with a strip of dough using one of the removable unloading trays to be placed in its location.
(strip of dough stripped to prevent them from sticking together)
#8 Loading the stuffing, press key 9 on the machine 5 times to feed the stuffing into the depositing system.
#9 Loading the glue, press key 8 on the machine while checking the progress of the glue at the entrance of the solenoid valve (translucent tube)
Quick tip: Place a small container under the glue tubes while charging to prevent glue from falling onto the machine!
#10 Ensure that the protective covers are securely in place.
The machine is now ready for use!
